Open day to show young people how they can be paid to learn about new car technologies while training for a career in crash repair.

To mark the start of UK Apprentice Week, the Thatcham Automotive Academy will be opening its doors to prospective candidates and employers on Monday 11 March 2013 in an event to celebrate its 1,000th apprentice entering the programme. As one of the country’s leading training institutions for vehicle repair, and the only facility in the UK with an on-site vehicle research centre and Euro NCAP approved vehicle crash laboratory, Thatcham will demonstrate the depth of technical expertise that is required for modern automotive repairs.
