New connectors simplify installation and improve performance for mechanics and engineers. 

Interconnect specialist, Souriau is launching a range of new connectors at Autosport International 2009 that will increase convenience and performance for engineers.  Following extensive consultation with harness manufacturers, designers and end users, the company’s newly formed Motorsport Division has produced a range that includes a connector with integrated mounting nuts and a lightweight cable receptacle connector.  The company will also show new performance products including a hermetic Size Two connector that offers an improvement in reliability over existing products in the marketplace.

Atkins Fuel Injection Ltd, a Delphi Service Centre in Mansfield, will join other Mini drivers in the pan-European rally, dubbed “The Italian Job” in tribute to the 1960’s Michael Caine film. Sponsored by Delphi Diesel Aftermarket, Gary and his friend, Phil Robinson from Ravenshead, will travel from Imola, Italy across the continent to Brighton over ten days in a bid to raise thousands of pounds for the children’s charity Kidsout.
